TikTok Bonus Reward Scheme terms and conditions

1. PROMOTER
1. This promotional campaign is subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms") and our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and our Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail.
2. The promoters of the ‘TikTok Bonus’ rewards campaign ("TikTok Rewards") is are TikTok Pte Ltd a company registered in Singapore, with its registered address at 1 Raffles Quay, #26-10, South Tower, Singapore 048583. TikTok Pte Ltd shall be referred to, as "we", "us" or "our".
3. We are solely responsible for the running of TikTok Rewards. For the avoidance of doubt, neither Apple nor Google is a sponsor of, or responsible for conducting, the campaign.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. To participate in TikTok Rewards, you may access the TikTok Rewards page by clicking on the rewards icon in the top left corner of the 'Me' tab and/or on the bubble on the TikTok Platform, and follow the instructions set out on how to participate. You will be asked to expressly accept these Terms in order to participate.
2. There is no purchase or entrance fee of any kind required to participate in TikTok Rewards.
3. TikTok Rewards starts on 4th June, 12:00, PST and terminates on 4th September, 12:00, PST, i.e. including the full day of 4th September, 12:00, PST ("Campaign Period"). We reserve the right to extend the campaign at our discretion, or to terminate it earlier, including in the event that Apple or Google require us to cease promoting the TikTok Rewards campaign.
4. The Rewards program is based on an objective criteria and set out in the "tasks" section on the platform.
5. We further reserve the right to set limits on the referrals by the users.

1. ENTRY CRITERIA
1. To take part in TikTok Rewards, you must:
1. have your own account on our app known as 'TikTok' ("TikTok Platform");
2. be a current legal resident of [Pakistan];
3. be at least 18 years of age; and
4. have no connection to our company, or any of our affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, including through your employment or through employment of any of your family members,

("Eligible User").

1. POINTS
1. Points are our reward system ("Points"). Points are virtual points that can be collected and redeemed through the withdrawal process into cash at a fixed rate of 1,000 Points for Rs1.
2. All use of Points on the TikTok Platform will be subject to our Terms of Service and to our Virtual Items Policy.
3. The Rupee amount equivalent to the Points you have earned ("Reward") will be directly reflected in the statement of your balance on the Activity page ("Reward Balance").
4. You can convert your Points and withdraw your Reward as soon as it is shown as being available in your Reward Balance by clicking the Withdraw button.
5. You will be able to withdraw your Reward in accordance with the withdrawal instructions in paragraph 6 below.
6. The withdrawal of the Reward will be subject to these Terms, and any terms provided by your bank, which may include daily limits on withdrawal amounts.
7. Rewards or Points are not transferable to other TikTok users.
8. If the participant has already used the Bonus for new users, this Participant will not be eligible to receive rewards directed to new users, but may receive other Bonuses, through the indication of new friends, for example.
9. You are solely responsible for all use made of any Points and Rewards.

1. HOW TO COLLECT REWARDS

There are different ways to collect Points during the TikTok Rewards campaign:

• A. Referrals Rewards

1. If you are an Eligible User, you can collect Points by introducing new users to the TikTok Platform by using your promotional code ("Referral Code"). You can find your Referral Code by clicking on the 'Invite' button on the TikTok Rewards Activity page.
2. Any accounts owned or managed by you will count all together as one single account for the purpose of this TikTok Rewards campaign.
3. The intention of the referrals reward in TikTok Rewards is for you to invite your friends and personal contacts to the TikTok Platform. Therefore, we reserve the right to suspend the availability of the TikTok Rewards programme to you, if you are abusing the intention of TikTok Rewards, in particular if your encourage individuals that are not personal friends or contacts to sign up using your Referral Code. You will be notified of any suspension.
4. If you want to refer new user(s) to the TikTok Platform, so that you can collect Points, the new users must meet the following requirements ("New Users"):
1. not be existing user(s) of TikTok;
2. not have already used another referral code to join TikTok Rewards;
3. be a current legal resident of [Pakistan];
4. be at least 18 years of age;
5. have no connection to our company, or any of our affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, including through his/her employment or through employment of any of his/her family members;
6. not be the user that has provided you the Referral Code which you have used to join TikTok Rewards,

AND you must obtain their consent to send them the Referral Code.

1. If an New User downloads the TikTok Platform and joins TikTok Rewards using your Referral Code within 10 days of downloading the TikTok Platform and within the Campaign Period ("Successful Referral"), then you will be eligible to receive a minimum of 100 Points.If that New User also uses the TikTok Platform within a validity period after the Successful Referral and during the Campaign Period, you will be eligible to receive additional points as follow (please refer to the rewards rule page in app for specific validity period. TikTok reserves the right to change the validity period and notify you in the reward rule page

The rewards expressed above as ‘minimum’ amounts of Points may actually be greater.

• B. Retention Rewards for New Users

1. In the course of this TikTok Rewards campaign, New Users who download the TikTok Platform and who input a Referral Code are entitled to collect Points by carrying out the retention missions set out at 5.B.c. (each a "New User Retention Mission"). New User Retention Missions are available to New Users only, and only during the Campaign Period.
2. To take part in the New User Retentions Missions, the New User must:
1. be a current legal resident of [Pakistan];
2. be at least 18 years of age; and
3. have no connection to our company, or any of our affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, including through his/her employment or through employment of any of his/her family members.

• C. Retention Rewards for all Eligible Users

1. In addition, during the course of this TikTok Rewards campaign, all Eligible Users are entitled to collect Points by carrying out the retention missions set out at section 5C.b. below (each an “Eligible User Retention Mission”). Eligible User Retention Missions are available to Eligible Users only and only during the Campaign Period.
2. The Eligible User Retention Missions, related Points and how many times they can be accomplished are as follows:

• D. Special Tasks

We reserve the right to promote special events and activities, in our sole discretion, including through limited duration actions, offering Participants the opportunity to earn additional Points by performing tasks that will be indicated on the Platform ("Tasks").

The Tasks may be changed or terminated at any time, at the sole discretion of TikTok. TikTok will define, among other conditions, the Participants who will be eligible to participate in the Tasks and the specific rules for obtaining the Points. These rules will be set out in the "Tasks" section available on the Platform.

The Tasks section is an integral and inseparable part of this Terms and Conditions. The terms provided for in the Tasks section of the Platform must be read and interpreted in conjunction with the conditions provided herein. If there is any inconsistency between this Terms and Conditions and the Tasks section, the provisions of the Tasks section will prevail.

1. WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS

You can withdraw your Rewards to your bank account or via mobile top-up.

• Withdrawal

1. To make a withdrawal from TikTok Rewards you will need to nominate an active bank account ("Nominated Account").
2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide in relation to your Nominated Account is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You are responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect or incomplete bank account information.
3. Your TikTok Reward Balance (or any part of it) is not transferable to other users of the TikTok Platform and you cannot deposit into the TikTok Rewards wallet to increase your Reward Balance.
4. Any withdrawal is at all times subject to all applicable laws in the country or region where you reside or receive the payment.
5. Reward withdrawal is allowed if the Reward is greater or equal to the threshold of 50,000 Points.
6. You can only withdraw once a day and with a minimum of Rs 50. You cannot withdraw if the withdrawal is smaller than Rs 50.

8. You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Nominated Account before you may transfer any Reward Balance into your Nominated Account.
9. Should you have any problem withdrawing your funds to your Nominated Account, please contact the provider of your Nominated Account.
10. By clicking the 'Withdraw' button:
1. you indicate that you agree with these Terms and our Terms of Service;
2. you acknowledge that the Nominated Account you have chosen is the payment method that enables us to pay you your Reward. In this respect, once we have issued a payment order, the payment method provider is responsible for the payment from our account to your Nominated Account and you acknowledge and agree that we do not assume any responsibility for any acts and omissions of the payment method provider linked to such Reward payment; and
3. you agree that each withdrawal application will be reviewed and processed by us for security reasons within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt and payment order of the Reward will be issued within thirty (30) days to the payment method provider (without taking into account any engagement as per the payment method provider processing time).

1. If you are subject to any taxes imposed by any jurisdiction on any Reward payment, subject to any unwaivable local consumer law rights you may benefit from, you will be responsible for the payment of such taxes (including any related penalties or interest) to the relevant tax authority.

The TikTok Rewards campaign ends on 14th, September, 12:00, PST. After the end of the Campaign Period, you have 72 hours to withdraw your Reward Balance (to your chosen payment method). After this time, all your Reward Balance will be cleared to zero.

1. WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT
1. You will be able to withdraw your Reward in Rupees.
2. The Reward is displayed in your Reward Balance. We will not charge you any fee for processing your withdrawal request. However, your payment method provider might charge you fees when processing our payment, according to the contracts you concluded with them; please refer to the contract stipulated with your payment method provider.
3. You will be responsible for the payment of any taxes (including any related penalties or interest) to the relevant tax authority relating to your withdrawal of any Rewards.

1. AVAILABILITY

Any referrals made following the Campaign Period of TikTok Rewards will not be eligible for any collection of Points or Rewards.

1. ABUSE OF TIKTOK REWARDS
1. We reserve the right to implement all necessary measures to ensure the security of all users and the Platform, as but not limited to SMS verification code.
2. We reserve the right to disqualify you or the New User from TikTok Rewards, not to award any Points or allow for Rewards, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you, the Invited User, and/or the New User:
1. have tampered with or attempted to tamper with the process or the operation of TikTok Rewards;
2. have breached these Terms or the Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines;
3. have committed acts with the intent to harass any other person; and/or
4. have made any misrepresentations in respect of, has abused, or has employed any illegal or criminal activity (including fraud) in connection with TikTok Rewards.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. We do not exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or intent, or for fraudulent misrepresentation or for culpable breach of our contractual or legal obligations.
2. We are not responsible for any event of force majeure (including natural disasters, activities subject to the instructions of government agencies, cyberattacks, pandemic, actions taken by governments meeting the 'force majeure' definition), system failure qualified as 'force majeure', actions of third parties (other than our subcontractors), which results in loss, damage or disappointment suffered by you as a result of your participation (or inability to join) the TikTok Rewards.

1. DISPUTES
1. If any of these clauses are found to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, then that clause shall be deleted from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain fully in force and effect.
2. Except such mandatory rights you may benefit from applicable consumer protection laws any and all disputes (including non-contractual disputes) and causes of action arising out of or connected with TikTok Rewards and the enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by laws of Singapore, and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent you from taking action in the courts of and being subject to the laws of your country of residence.
