These guidelines are designed to foster a positive and respectful environment where players can connect, compete, and have fun together. By adhering to these guidelines, you contribute to creating a vibrant and thriving gaming community that values diversity, sportsmanship, and mutual respect!
We remove content or restrict its visibility if it violates our Community Guidelines. Individuals will be notified of our decisions and will be able to appeal if they believe no violation has occurred. We will temporarily or permanently ban accounts and/or users that are involved in severe or repeated on-platform violations.


Youth safety and well-being
Youth safety is our priority. We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, encourages, facilitates, or promotes any form of youth exploitation and abuse, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), nudity, grooming, sextortion, solicitation, pedophilia, or physical and psychological abuse of minors, including:

• Sharing, offering to trade or sell, or directing users off platform to obtain or distribute CSAM
• Engaging with minors in a sexualized way, or sexualizing a minor
• Depicting, soliciting, glorifying, or encouraging child abuse imagery including nudity, sexualized minors, or sexual activity with minors
• Depicting, promoting, normalizing, or glorifying pedophilia or the sexual assault of a minor
• Re-victimizing or capitalizing on minor victims of abuse

If we identify child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we also report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities in addition to removing it.


Safety and civility
We do not allow any content or behaviors that could lead to violence and cause psychological or physical harm in real-world, including:

• Any hateful behavior, hate speech, or promotion of hateful ideologies. This includes content that attacks a person or group because of protected attributes, including: caste, ethnicity, national origin, race, religion, tribe, immigration status, gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease.
• Violent threats, incitement to violence, or promotion of criminal activities that may harm people, animals, or property.
• The presence or promotion of violent or hateful organizations or individuals on our platform. These actors include violent extremists, violent criminal organizations, violent political organizations, hateful organizations, and individual perpetrators of mass violence.
• Language or behavior that harasses, humiliates, threatens, or doxxes anyone, including degrading statements or actions intended to mock, intimidate, embarrass or hurt an individual/another player
• Sexual exploitation or gender-based violence, including non-consensual sexual acts, image-based sexual abuse, sextortion, physical abuse, and sexual harassment
• Coordinating and facilitating Human Smuggling activities or services, as well as recruiting or coordinating the trafficking of people for the purpose of exploitation

Mental and behavioral health
We do not allow any content that could negatively impact people's physical or psychological health, including:

• Promoting or providing instructions on suicide and self-harm, and related challenges, dares, games, hoaxes
• Facilitating disordered eating and other dangerous weight loss behaviors

Sensitive and mature themes
We do not allow content featuring sensitive and/or mature themes, including:

• Description or promotion of sexual activity or services including content created for the purposes of pornography or sexual gratification (i.e., vivid descriptions of sexual acts), and methods to seek sexual services.
• Depicting nudity such as genitals, buttocks, the pubic region, or female nipples
• Using sexually explicit language for sexual gratification

Integrity and authenticity
We do not allow content and behaviors that impact the integrity of our gaming platform, including:

• Misleading information such as medical, climate or dangerous misinformation that can lead to significant real-world harm and election misinformation
• Conspiratorial content, such as content that attacks a specific person or a protected group , or denies that a violent or tragic event occurred
• Content that violates the confidentiality of personal information (e.g., social security information, phone numbers, physical addresses, etc)
• Using, sharing or promoting methods or instructions aimed at gaining an unfair advantage
• Hacking/doxxing other accounts without account owner’s authorization

Regulated goods and commercial activities
We do not allow any content that promotes goods or activities that are risky, addictive, dangerous, fraudulent, or that otherwise require a higher degree of care:

• Facilitating the trade of regulated, prohibited, or high-risk goods and services, such as drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, regulated substances, firearms and other dangerous weapons outside of in-game experience items, sexual services, animals, or counterfeit goods. This includes instructions on how to manufacture regulated substances or firearms in the real world.
• Facilitating or instructing on engaging in frauds and scams.
